Pet Policy - The Galleria Townhomes

We welcome a maximum of two pets per apartment home with a combined weight of 75 pounds or less. Animal owners must complete an Animal Addendum and pay a one-time refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet and a non-refundable $300-$400 pet fee.

Animal owners must supply current vet records showing up to date immunizations and provide current city registration. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the owner’s apartment home. All animal owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal. We have provided several animal waste stations
throughout the community for your convenience.

Galleria Townhomes is a Pet Friendly community that welcomes most pets. For the well-being of our residents (two legged and four), we restrict certain breeds of dogs that have a higher risk of aggression or destructive characteristics. The following restricted breeds (or any mix of them) are not permitted on property at any time: Akitas, Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers or Wolf Hybrids. Tonti Properties has a separate Service and Assistance Animal Policy. No exotic animals are permitted.
